There are no instructions on how to open the 2 battery compartments. I’ve tried everything I can think of with no luck. Probably something very simple but I can’t seem to find the secret and I’m feeling pretty stupid! Hope someone can help.

I am immediately returning this item. Voice is very weak, even after replacing batteries, Gives a readout for my wife, but not for me. Possibly senses movement that I am not aware of.
Amazon charged $ 7.94 shipping even it is supposed to be a Super Saver item with free shipping.

I do not recommend this product. It is very inaccurate, as to the weight. Varies as much as 5 to 10 1bs from the true weight.

Ok overall. A little on the higher side of weight averages compared to physician scales and regular dial scales. Sometimes inconsistent but good for the money. Easy to use and durable.
