I LOVE these non-slip TUB (as well as many other places) SAFETY TREADS! I found these treads at Bed Bath and Beyond about 5 years ago after searching and unsuccessfully using several other different brands. I have TEXTURED TUBS (which I think are MORE slippery than the non-textured tubs) and all of the other treads/appliques do not stay stuck on the tub bottom for very long and constantly have to be replaced. These SLIP-X treads work GREAT at preventing slipping AND they stay stuck on the bottom of the tub. The CLEAR color is unobtrusive and looks nice in the tub (and can really only be seen when looking at certain angles with the light). I've used these on our tubs for 5 years now and have been EXTREMELY happy. They are also VERY easy to apply. I just clean the tub, then wipe it down with rubbing alcohol, dry it with a towel and apply the treads. I also don't use the tub for 24 hours after the treads have been applied to allow the treads to stick. These come in 2 sizes ... 7.5" and 14.5". I've used both sizes and personally prefer the smaller 7.5" size. The smaller size is easier to apply (as far as the layout/spacing/coverage of the treads inside the tub).

This product greatly reduces the chance of a slip in the shower. Also, they are very easy to install. There are 8 strips in a package. However, you may want to purchase 2 so you have a greater area in which to stand in the shower. The clear strips are great for colored bathtubs. Be sure to place them close enough together so that one cannot stand without having part of the foot on at least one of the strips.

When I got this product I was excited. It is VERY plush...very comfortable. The only downfall is this: I ordered a full size but when I put it on the bed it didn't cover the entire bed...its like 2 inches short all around. Other than that great product. It doesn't move around on the bed either. The sheet holds it in place perfectly. I would definately order another one I just think I'll order a size up next time.

I think these are poor. The clear ones are not clear, but rather, they are just dingy looking. They started peeling after only four baths. Not recommended.

I didn't receive the above item but it was billed on my credit card, so I think that will be the last time I purchase anything from Amazon.

I just received this product and the previous review is entirely accurate. I bought a queen size pad for my queen size bed and its almost 4 inches short on all sides! It seems like a good product, but since I have to return it for the next size up (which costs the same, thank goodness), I did not have a change to try it out. If you are going to order this seemly dreamy fiber bed, do yourself a favor and order one to two sizes bigger.

Was a great soft bed, have loved it. Was a great price and fast transaction as well. Very pleased with how fast it was shipped and the product itself is one that we would recommend to anyone!

I ordered this mattress pad after many hrs of research. The quality is very good but I did order one size up based on the other reviews. The king size fits a queen mattress very nicely. It will not shift at all and stays in place. But ---- my husband doesn't like the mattress pad because it retains heat all night. I like it warm - and even I have to agree that it may be too warm. It might be what we need during the cold winter months - but spring, summer & fall it seems too hot.

The non-slip safety shower treads would be fantastic if the adhesive would last. They are easy to put in place and provide great traction. The only downfall is that the adhesive seems to wear off pretty quickly. One of the strips started coming off after about 2 weeks. A handful of other strips have followed. All-in-all, I'd much rather use these than a bath tub mat.
