This blanket is nice and more plush than my microfiber blankets. Honestly, when I first pulled it out of it’s clear plastic cover, I felt ripped off. It looked weird. HOWEVER, I washed it, per instructions, added fabric softener, and dried it on the low setting. The blanket looked completely different. One side has the mink look and the other side is not so mink. It makes a great recliner cover, too. This was a bargain.

Having first purchased a mink blanket in Korea in the 1980s, I was looking forward to the warmth and comfort I had known. This mink blanket is like 1/5 the thickness of the one I owned before. This item is more to be compared to a sheet then any kind of blanket let alone a mink blanket.
